## MEET OUR FOUNDERS
**Successful entrepreneur with in-depth knowledge of financial industry.**
Leo graduated both from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels, ESSEC Paris and holds an MBA from the Nanyang Business School in Singapore.
Before DiXiO, he founded, developed and sold the company Azzana – a consulting firm specialized in finance - which he grew to a size of 100 employees in Europe & Asia.
Leo brings to DiXiO his incredible experience as an entrepreneur who knows how to manage the start-up and scale-up phases of a company like DiXiO.

**Spent 25 years connecting financial institutions across Europe, Middle East and Africa.**
Thierry, was born in Beirut and grew up in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Greece and France. He holds an MBA in Banking and International Finance. Today he spends his time between Riyadh & Dubai.
His career in banking and at Swift has allowed him to build up a strong reputation and a powerful network that he has brought to DiXiO.
**As** **Head of Marketing and Communication**, he brings valuable expertise in the **payments sector**, an area where DiXiO focuses on providing innovative payment services to the industry – always with a smile!
**IT specialist & seasoned product manager with extensive experience in banking.**
Raphaël is Belgian. He holds a Civil engineer in computer sciences diploma and an Executive MBA.
He developed, managed and sold the Benelux branch of Azzana (together with Leo).
Previously Raphael worked as a product & IT program manager for banks such as BNP Paribas, ING, Swift or Société Générale.
Today, he uses his expertise to manage our IT teams and develop the most cutting-edge platform for financial services.

**Experienced business developer and sales team manager.**
Adrien is French and holds a master degree from Toulouse Business School. He lives in Dubai, UAE.
He started his career as a business account manager in a banking institution and then as an account manager in a consulting company specialized in finance.
Experienced in managing sales teams, Adrien brings to DiXiO his expertise in handling complex B2B sales processes, but also his optimism and his endless motivation to sign new deals.
